PUBG STARTING TO COME BACK IN INDIA

South Korean game developer Krafton announced on Thursday relaunch its popular mobile game PUBG in India in a new name 'BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA'.

The new version of the game will offer a world class AAA multiplayer gaming experience on mobile. The game will launch as a free to play experience on mobile devices.

Following the ban, PUBG Corp, the subsidiary of Krafton, severed ties with Tencent for India. The game developer said that it will take all publishing responsibilities with in the country.

Krafton has revealed the logo of Battlegrounds Mobile India with a striking India's tricolor flag cover, while adding that data security and privacy will be its top concerns.

Krafton has not set a timeline for the relaunch. India was the top market for PUBG outside China.
